Client Forms

1.  Stages of Work Form
The Stages of Work Form is to be signed off by the Client and an As-Nu Group of Trades representative at the completion of each stage works.  Each stage must be signed off by both the client and an As-Nu Group of Trades representative in the space provided before the next stage can proceed. 

2. Customer Evaulation Report Form
On completion of the job (preferably the night before) we ask our clients to take your time to walk around their job and look over all the works completed.  If you find areas missed or work which you feel is unstisfactory, please note down the touch ups to be completed on our downloadable Customer Evaluation Report   and we gaurantee to address the issue and fixt it before the tradesman leaves the site.

3. Releasement Form
The downloadable Releasement Form allows both Client and Tradesperson to sign off that all works have been compeleted in accordance with the quotation and to the specification plus variations if agreed apon.

4. Customer Feedback Form
We continually strive to improve the service we provide to our customers and ask clients to complete the downloadable Customer Feedback Response Questionnaire and return it via email or via fax no. (02) 8814 8294.

5. Specification Documenation
The specification document outlines different specification requirements such as difference between solid surface in the same or similar colour, porous surface or change of basic colours and extreme sufarce or significant change of colours options along with exclusions and disclaimers.
